After many discussions of what we would like to do next, Josh and I have decided to foster pups who are looking for a good forever home We have an adult Golden and we love having more pups around the house. Instead of acquiring a permanent new member of our family, we decided to help foster all pups who are looking for a good and loving forever home, one or two at a time.
We have partnered up with Shelley Osgood of Doggy Dog World Rescue in our fostering efforts, and encourage anyone who would like to foster animals to contact Shelley.
Doggy Dog World Rescue was founded by Shelley Osgood, owner and operator of Doggy Dog World Grooming in Littleton, CO since 1998. Shelley created the rescue group in 2008 to rescue dogs from high kill shelters and find suitable families to provide forever homes for these dogs that would otherwise be euthanized. Doggy Dog World Rescue does not have a shelter facility, but instead utilizes foster homes. Our foster homes provide food, shelter and love for our rescue dogs in an attempt to rehabilitate them until they are adopted into their forever homes.

We are currently fostering Lacey, who is the most adorable little puppy at 7 months. Check out her profile on Petfinder and her photo album on Flickr. We will continue to add photos as long as she is with us. She is an extremely calm and mild mannered puppy. She is crate trained and we are actively working on her socialization with other dogs by taking her to the dog park every day. We will post updates as often as we can.
