Anderson Entertainment, based out of Littleton, CO, was hands down, the BEST DJ we could have possibly had! For our wedding, we had 2 locations where we needed music: The Grand View Overlook in Palmer Park for the ceremony and then afterwards for the reception, almost 2 miles away at Lazy Land in the same park.

When we started chatting with Sean about the wedding and the type of music we wanted for everything, he always had the idea or solution we needed to move past a hiccup. He was always professional, courteous, energetic and knowledgeable. We met with him a few times before the wedding to iron out details and song lists. Every time we met, the level of preparation and dedication we received from Anderson Entertainment was beyond impressive. My husband and I are extremely energetic and fun-lovingly happy people… we desired the same thing out of a DJ for our reception. Sean has the energy, the fun-loving attitude, the drive and the know-how to appease an audience. He was able to keep the energy level high, fun and get people on the dance floor at our reception.

He arrived early to set up at the reception area in Lazy Land for when he returned, then went up to the overlook to set up for the ceremony. There is no electricity at either of these locations. Sean provided us with a generator, wireless speakers, wireless mics, etc.

At the overlook, he had a generator powering all of his DJ equipment, setup complete, and playing seating music by 11AM. The ceremony was supposed to begin at noon and circumstances had us all waiting there for an extended time of 40 minutes before we could begin the ceremony. Sean had extra music that he began playing, once all of the music choices we had made for our beginning arrangement had played through. He didn’t miss a beat and everything flowed perfectly! Once we were able to begin, everything played the way it was supposed to and right on cue, once we were announced as husband and wife, our exit song played. It was PERFECT!

My new hubby and I stayed with the photographers while the guests all began to head down to the reception area for appetizers. In this time, Sean tore down his equipment completely and headed down to the reception area to setup for our arrival. When we arrived for our grand entrance, music is playing, guests are enjoying appetizers and I had to have my bustle tied up. Once we were done, Sean was made aware that we were ready and our grand entrance song began as we started our way across the field to the stairs. We were announced and from then, on until the end of the reception, the music only stopped for speeches and announcements. The pavilion was set up with wireless speakers all around, Sean had a canopy to stand under so that he wasn’t directly under the sun on the edge of the pavilion, the speeches were all done using wireless mics, and to top it all off, he had 2 different backup contingency plans in case something didn’t work out. THAT is what I call being prepared!!

When it was time to begin heading to the party bus, Sean made all of the necessary announcements, tore down his equipment, loaded up, congratulated us sincerely and said their goodbyes.
